Development of an Interactive Web Platform for an IT Company's Birthday Celebration Based on a Camp Theme

Project Summary

In just 2 weeks, we created a platform for hosting an online event based on custom design specifications. The platform successfully implemented all the company's ideas without limitations.

Scope of work

‍1. Login Page. Participants log in using pre-assigned credentials. Until the event starts, the login page remains hidden behind a welcome screen with event rules.

2. Interactive Map. Acts as the main navigation hub for all camp-related pages.

3. Main Broadcast. Dedicated page for live event streaming.

4. Team Journeys. A separate space with five Zoom rooms that open at scheduled times for each team.

5. Activities. Includes interactive Slido activities.

6. Photo Box. Allows guests to take photos with themed frames.

7. Magic Room. Features a prize wheel with gifts and predictions. Once all gifts are claimed, only predictions remain available. A CSV file logs participant names and the gifts they receive.

8. Memory Gallery. A digital album containing event recordings, framed guest photos, and a group picture.

Project Request

Registration:
— Upload user emails to the database and assign passwords.
— Automatically assign users to teams based on a CSV file.
— Keep the login page hidden behind a welcome screen with event rules until the designated start time.

Usage:
— Restrict platform access until the event begins.
— Unlock specific pages at scheduled times.
— Implement a prize wheel where users can spin to win rewards.
— Grant users access to a personal team room.
— Enable photo uploads for viewing and downloading.
— Allow quiz participation with prize opportunities.
— Provide an interactive Slido chat for engagement.

Automation:
— Platform access automatically opens at the scheduled time.
— Some pages remain locked until certain activities are completed.
— Teams can only access their rooms at their assigned times.
— The prize wheel transitions to predictions once all gifts are claimed.

Security:
— Only employees from the database can access the platform.
— Even registered users cannot enter before the event starts.
— Fraud prevention ensures users cannot claim multiple gifts unfairly.
